Refund Policy

 

1. General Policy

At Holidays 360, we strive to provide seamless travel experiences. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of airlines, hotels, and other service providers.

2. Cancellation by Customer

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our website. 
  • Refund eligibility depends on: 
    • Booking type (flight, hotel, package, visa, etc.) 
    • Supplier policies (airlines, hotels, tour operators) 
  • Service/processing fees charged by us are non-refundable. 

3. Flight Bookings

  • Refunds for flight tickets are governed by airline rules. 
  • Non-refundable tickets will not be eligible for refunds. 
  • Refundable tickets may incur airline cancellation charges. 
  • Convenience fees and payment gateway charges are non-refundable. 

4. Hotel Bookings

  • Refunds depend on hotel cancellation policies. 
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in full booking charges. 
  • Some promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable. 

5. Holiday Packages

  • Cancellation charges vary depending on how close the cancellation is to the departure date: 

                    Days Before Departure                                          Cancellation Fee

                           30 +    days                                                  10% of package cost

                           15–30 days                                                  25% of package cost

                             7–14 days                                                  50% of package cost

                           Less than 7 days                                         100% (no refund)  

6. Visa & Service Fees

  • Visa fees, consultation charges, and processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. 

7. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. 
  • Actual credit time depends on your bank/payment provider. 

8. Force Majeure

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including: 
    • Natural disasters 
    • Government restrictions 
    • Pandemics 
    • Political unrest 

9. Amendments

  • Changes to bookings may incur additional charges depending on supplier rules. 
  • Price differences must be paid by the customer.
